Returns & Exchanges

ONLINE RETURNS

We hope that you are delighted with every order you receive from the ARTEMIS Cph online store, however if you are not perfectly satisfied with your items, you have 14 days upon delivery to return them to us for a refund or exchange.

Please take care trying on items, as all products must be returned in a new and unused condition with all ARTEMIS Cph tags and labels still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or without the security tag will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and/or a refund or exchange refused.

Before your parcel leaves our studio, it is fully checked by our team. However, if you receive an item which you feel is damaged, please contact us immediately.

RETURN OF PURCHASES MADE IN STORE

For purchases made at our Copenhagen store following your appointment with us, we kindly ask that you return or exchange your items within 7 days.

RETURN OF MADE-TO-ORDER DRESS

We do not accept returns of “made to order” dresses with custom measurements. They are made specific for each customer and are not eligible for refunds.

REFUNDS 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow another 5-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. The amount of time this takes will depend on which bank or card issuer you have. Unfortunately this delay is outside of our control. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. In the event that we are unable to refund your credit card we will contact you to arrange an alternative means of refunding your order.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

RETURN METHODS & COSTS

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We will supply you with a pre-paid return label. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Return to studio (Copenhagen) – FREE
  • Returns within Denmark with PostNord – 50 DKK
  • EU returns with UPS – 100 DKK

TO ARRANGE A RETURN

  • Email returns@artemiscph.com with your order number and request a return.
  • Once your return request has been received, our team will review your request and send a return label if your order is eligible for a return.
  • Pack your items securely in the original box (including the garment bag and tote bag supplied) and include the original receipt in the package.
  • Print and attach the supplied return shipping label to the outside of the box, removing any other label on the parcel.
  • For International orders, please drop off the parcel at a UPS Access Point of your choice
  • For Danish orders please send the parcel through a convenient PostNord post office of your choice and ask for a proof of postage.
  • Once the item(s) has/have been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment used to make the purchase and an email will be sent to you.

Please remember that the responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches us.

TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE

  • Email returns@artemiscph.com to request a return and exchange, including your order number and the size / style you wish to receive for the exchange.
  • To make an exchange, simply order the item you would like as a new purchase.
  • Once your return request has been received, our team will review your request and send a return label if your order is eligible for a return.
  • Pack your items securely in the original box and include the original receipt in the package.
  • Print and attach the supplied return shipping label to the outside of the box, removing any other label on the parcel.
  • For International orders, please drop off the parcel at a UPS Access Point of your choice
  • For Danish orders please send the parcel through a convenient PostNord post office of your choice and ask for a proof of postage.
